Cancellation Policy
(Only 1 guest per person)
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
I allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, the appointment may need to be canceled.
